Crunches are a good one for me. I really need to work on my core. Do to knee problems I'm limited with the squats. What I really need to get back to doing is some of the moves my physical therapist taught me for my knees. I'll admit it I'm kind of lazy when it comes to physical therapy.

Looking for a few exercises to add in or give a little guidance without being overwhelming?
These three exercises are a great way to get back to doing weight training or adding to a built routine. The article is for women, but these are awesome for men too.

I plan on adding them to my weight training this week as I am starting to pick it up again and wasn't sure where to start.
