Now as we are heading into December, some of us are starting to think about 2018 and what goals we want to set for the new year.

Spark has some great articles about setting goals and achieving them.

The advice I use most often when making any goal (personal or with work) it to make it a SMART goal.
S - specific
M - Measurable
A- Attainable
R - Realistic
T-Trackable

So now I need to start thinking hard about my goals. There is so much I want to do, but I know if I try to tackle it all, I'll accomplish nothing.
