I get those lean "puperoni" treats and instead of 1/2 stick which Abi got before Issy came along, I now break them into 12 treats. I thought she was getting too heavy on them and besides the cost came into being a factor when Issy had to start getting many every day with good behavior. They both are much better off with just a taste. I still feel a little bad about it being so "skimpy" but is much better for all of us!

Thanks for sharing my little boy Choncho is getting very heavy. I'm going to try cutting him back 30%, he is fixed and he isn't very active.

Slow & steady makes a winner of us. Even if we hit pitfalls, get up. Know that a new day is right around the corner.
Try to be all that you can be. Work at it a day at a time.
