Thanks, I didn't even know about the Spark your Body bootcamp.
There is also a 28-Day bootcamp.

Angela, try Sweatsuit to Swimsuit Bootcamp. That's the title that comes on my newsletter for that group.

Trying to get back to my maintenance weight range of 145-150.

I mix up the various bootcamp videos, but I've had a look and cant find the SparkPeople Swimsuit BootCamp. Can someone point me in the right direction?

Yes, New You & Spark Your Body BootCamps are similar because they both use the ball. However, Spark Your Body does have some new routines.

I also use two other bootcamps: SparkPeople Swimsuit BootCamp which uses Dumpbells and SparkPeople Sweatsuit to Swimsuit BootCamp which uses the band.

What I'm doing this year is alternating each month with a different bootcamp. That way I get the variety they say we need. April is the 4th bootcamp, so next month I start over with Spark Your Boby. The band bootcamp is my least favorite, but I did it faithfully anyway and am glad I did.

I'm at Day 122 of Fitness. Have lost about 5 lbs and am toning up. I know it's not alot, but I'm pleased with my progress. The Best to you.

Thanks for your reply! I've checked them out a little bit and I think I'm going to stick with just one for now. It's nice to know there are more bootcamps to choose from to keep things interesting.

I do all 3 workouts. I like the New YOU one best, then the swimsuit one and last the spark you body. At some point I'll probably mix them up a bit but haven't tried to yet. The New You and spark your body have similar workouts for Mon & Tues. otherwise they are somewhat different. Each one has cardio- Sun, legs- Mon & Thur, arms- Tues & Fri, core- Wed & Sat. I really dislike both core workouts but not a big fan of crunches and can't do full sit-ups since having kids. These ST exercises do work. I am the most toned I have ever been in my life. Not sure if it makes a difference but I was almost at my goal weight before I started doing these. I have been doing the New You one since Jan '09, the swimsuit since May '09 and I started the spark your body in Jan or whenever it started.

Trying to get back to my maintenance weight range of 145-150.

All the bootcamp programs follow the same general routine. You can switch up the specific workouts for variety, but there is not a big difference.

Hi!

I've done the swimsuit bootcamp for the past couple of years and I really enjoyed it. I thought I would check out other bootcamps on here this year. I joined this group and the Spark Your Body bootcamp. The videos look very similar. Is anyone here familiar with both teams? I'm curious about how they differ so I can decide which one I want to do. Thanks!
