Here is my running total for week so far:

12/14: 62 minutes
12/15: 40 minutes
12/17: 70 minutes
12/18: 25 minutes
12/19: 50 minutes

Total: 247 minutes (with one more day)

And to add 12/20:
Rode bike 15 minutes, Stair Master 30 minutes, walked 15 minutes and Weight lift 5 minutes 65 total mintues


312 TOTAL MINUTES THIS WEEK

Sorry a little behind had to run to Springfield for a hearing.

12/18: Treadmill/running: 25 minutes

12/19: Ran at a park in Springfield 26 minutes, walked 24 minutes today also. 50 total minutes.

Didn't get to post yesterday. after gym spent the day xmas shopping. still tracke cal though. another hard 30 on the tread, I think I have over done it a bit this week intensity wise. My leggs feel like noodles. gonna take today off and see if a rest day helps. yesterday is actually my 9th day with out a rest day so i think im due.

Not a good day today, had to leave early for work due to snow, still took me 2 hours to get in and same delay getting home so didn't get anything done. Thursdays are my normal day off, so I will switch that to today to make up for it.

Here is what I have done today: I may do more and have to edit, but may go to bed since I started so early this morning.

Stationary bike: 18 minutes
Treadmill (speed 6.5) 11 minutes
Weight lifting 11 minutes
TOTAL: 40 Minutes
