I see that this challenge is old but I am going to revive it, anyone else out there want to join me... will post when I have completed the challenge!!

I will be embracing my inner Weeble and will not fall down, but just roll back up and keep on going!!

emoticon for yesterday. I did 13 "real" push-ups and 12 girlie ones, so that was a HUGE improvement from Monday when I could only do 2 "real" ones!!!

Today I did my jumping jacks and full sit-ups... the full sit-ups kicked my butt... and I only did two of the push-ups in proper form, the other 23 were the girlie ones on the knees.

Progressive Strength and Stamina Challenge

This challenge involves 3 different exercises and a progression to accomplishing more. We start off by completing 25 full sit-up (not crunches), 25 push-ups, and 25 jumping jacks daily (Monday through Saturday, Sunday is our Rest Day). After two weeks we increase by 25 (doing 50 each), then two weeks later another 25 (75 each), and two weeks later we increase another 25 (100 each). It is ok if you need to break them up starting out into 2 or 3 sets; however, by the end of the two week session, you should be able to complete the set in one set without stopping.

This Challenge will also start on Monday, September 13, 2010
