There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.

Hi, Donnas. I am another Donna! emoticon I am tracking sodium. I have lupus and other AI disease which involve inflammation of everything! So I'm trying to cut sodium to see if it helps.

Hello my name is Donna and I have decided to help lead this team so here is your challenge for next week.
Since I have returned to sparkpeople the hardest is getting back into the swing of things. My worst one right now is tracking my food. I have learned that this is the most important part of a healthy lifestyle. So while we are tracking this week keeping up with calories is a part of it this week choose another nutrient to track that you have not normally done. Good luck and if you have any questions post them my way. Thanks
