ok my plans did not work out my body is not doing good so I did not get to run my virtual 5k today but will continue to train for it. Next week new challenge. I am so ready how about you? Are you enjoying these challenges? if so let other members know we are doing them. Have a great day

Even though I was embarrassed at how badly out of shape I was when I tried it the last time, I'm going to try my hand at another spin class but this time I am going to be proud of myself for doing it instead getting upset because I'm comparing myself to the other people in the class.

Well, my thing is hiking....maybe it is time to conquor Mt. Wrightson again. Been a long yr. and half since I trekked up there. It is a LONG hike! Weather getting warmer here, so maybe that is the one I need to do where it is cool!

Since the biggest loser is going to New Zealand and getting out of their comfort zone I thought that should be our challenge this week. What are you going to do to get out of your comfort zone?


I plan on training for a virtual 5k and to beat myself in time. I did my first 5k in 45 minutes so this week I will be doing it again on Saturday.
