If it's not too late I want to get in too. I like kickboxing so this sounds like fun. I just saw this today so I guess I'm going to have to play catch up.

4/17 minutes = 0

Total= 140 minutes

:-) Looks like I'm going to come up short. Anyway, it was a fun challenge and I've found a new activity I'm going to do regularly at the gym, Turbo Kick classes.

The teams are still in New Zealand this week so I thought about how hard a time it was for them to lose the weight while traveling. So I decided to add a different challenge a challenge between our team members. So who will win this challenge? The winner will recieve the gold medal award with the most minutes this week. This week is kickboxing and hitting the punching bag. Even if you do not have the bag you still can do it. Imagine the bag is in front of you and alternate with punching the bag and kickboxing the bag. The team member with the most minutes this week wins. So good luck. Post your results here.
