Congrats goes out to RCW0442EHS who had 150 minutes of yoga way to go

I am totally in love with Yoga. I'm not too good at it because I'm not very flexible but it challenges me so I love it. I go to classes 2-4 times a week at an hour and fifteen minutes each class at 24 hour fitness. When I get better I'm going to go more times a week as my arms and back get stronger.
This week I only went twice, once on Monday and again on Wednesday, for 150 minutes.

well, this is my fave workout on the BL Wii...try to do it 5 mornings a week.

Monday 27 minutes
Tuesday 0 minutes (did the all over body workout)
Wednesday 24 min
Thursday
Friday
Saturday
Sunday

So Bob kickbutt with his yoga workout. so that is what we are going to do this week. Post how many minutes of yoga you have done this week. Remember to make it tough enough to make you sweat. Good luck
