As you know water is very important in losing the weight so drink your water this week a minimum of 8/ 8 ounce glasses a day a total of 64 ounces. Have fun and if you cannot drink plan water add a small amount of your favorite juice or fruit. Post your water intake here daily.
Bonus is to get outside and walk at least 10 minutes a day.

9/18 40 oz. bonus 30 minutes
9/19 32 oz. bonus 20 minutes
9/20 24 oz. bonus 20 minutes
9/21 40 oz. bonus 10 minutes
9/22 24 oz. bonus 30 minutes
9/23 20 oz no bonus today
