I am not going to over-do it, so I pledge 1100(250 a week, plus an extra 100 for the last 3 days of the month)
1/1-rest
1/2-50 minutes jogging
1/3-rest
1/4-50 minutes jogging
1/5-rest(this every other day thing just has to stop)
1/6-rest(if you want to call being on my feet running around working all day rest, anyway)
1/7-120 minutes of DEEP cleaning-scrubbing walls, floors, etc. I was panting and running up and down stairs with armfuls of laundry, so it totally counts.
