I'm down to 243 today. One more pound down. I would probably have lost more, but we had to go to Atlanta last week and ate out 4 times. That's never good for a diet.

I just realized that I've reached my goal! I didn't weigh last week, so my 5 pound loss is for 2 weeks, but hey, a loss is a loss, right? Now, the trick is to hold it until the end of the month. Of course, losing more would be even better!!!

I thought I was the only one struggling. I lost 3 lbs and gained back 5lbs due to ...... a list of things. Any way I am commanding my body, my mind, to get back in line. Getting back on track. At first if you don't suceed.....Try, Try again. Honestly, it is easy not to pay attention to what we actually put in our body. Got to be more careful. emoticon Cupcakes did me in. Anyway, Getting back to my Fat Smashing diet that actually works and WATP. I admit, I am off track, trying one day at a time to get the train running again and I believe emoticon that is I can do it or anyone else that is struggling like me. Have a great one. emoticon

Pound 1 - 9/2 OMG 199. I have not been under 200 since 1994. I cried on the scale this morning. Tears of Joy. And ya know what I will never ever ever be in the 200's again!

Hey Michelle, I just came in here to post that I put back on 2lbs. Wah. Work harder this week, I will. Was sick last week - tummy was ROTTEN all week so everything was off kilter. Then we had football game, working in concession stand, then a party, then we were out of groc's - all those things that get me out of whack and off track, you know?

Due to eating out a bunch with the power outage, I gained back the 1.5 lbs I lost. BOOO.

This week, I want to work super hard to get it back off and make some progress.

Also, I have a super busy week as there is a party at my house on Friday. So much cleaning to do!

Hang in there you guys. I am so proud of everyone's progress!

Thank you all for the support. I am setting small goals like doing my walking program each week no excuses. I get up one hour before my kids go to school and that gives me plenty of time to walk and sweat, and I have the rest of my day to focus on my meal planning. It is always moment to moment but I am getting there. Cheers to everyone if you lost a pound you are a winner. Keep up the great work and I see you in the Looser Weight Lost Circle.
