I got over 60 minutes today. But I didn't get my usual outdoor mile at work today. I need to move my walk up from afternoon to morning. It's cooler in the AM and I hope that it'll be less hassle to get my walk in in the morning because frequently by afternoon I'm too busy to get outside.

Today's challenge is to take a walk. Doesn't have to be long - but take a stroll and burn some calories!!
