Weight Loss Goal: 6 pounds
Week 1: 6 pounds! YAY!
Week 2: gained 1.5 BOO! (but motivated to do better!)
Week 3: Maintained...still at a 4.5 loss
Week 4: Back to 6 pounds total lost. Lost 1.5 this week.

Total loss for January: 6 pounds

I'm in too!!!
Weight Loss Goal: 5 pounds
Week 1: 0 Pounds. Maybe next week I'll lose 2!!
Week 2: +1 pound. I can't seem to get back on track!! But I'm NOT giving up!!
Week 3:
Week 4: I lost the pound I gained week 2!!

Total loss for January: 0. Hey - there's always next month!!

Post your weight loss goal for January> Edit your post each week - weigh in day will be Wednesdays.

Weight Loss Goal: 4 pounds
Week 1: loss of 2 pounds
Week 2: gained 1 pound back. travelled from Thursday to Saturday; didn't help matters
Week 3: lost 1 pound. total of 2 pounds since 1/1
Week 4:lost.1/2 pound

Total loss for January: 2 1/2
