I am feeling much better. Thanks for asking! I can now stand up straight but still have a drainage tube in.
I've been walking about 4000 steps a day so I'll figure that out and post soon.

How long it will take for us as a team to log 1,000,000 steps? Let's track it here and find out.

I will be checking math totals, so don't feel intimidated! You can add steps as many times a day as you want, just make sure that you don't double-count any steps. If you don't own a pedometer, you can estimate the number of steps you take by walking in place for 1 minute and counting the number of steps. Then, you will just need to track the number of minutes that you walk and multiple the number of minutes by the estimated number of steps per minute.
