Day 3: Yoga!

Yoga is one of those great forms of exercise because you can make it as easy or as hard as you need! So for day 3 pop in a video, look one up on YouTube or head to a drop in class!

Day 2: Kickboxing!

Kickboxing for just 30 minutes can burn up to 400 calories! So drop in on a class at your gym, use your own boxing bag or do the SparkPeople Kickboxing 10 minute video!

There are exactly 15 days until Christmas eve! Every day I will post a new simple exercise for everyone to try, hopefully you will be able to find something new you love you to do!

Go for a walk! Most people stay indoors during this time of year, but the air is fresh and the sights are beautiful! Head out and take it all in! Aim for a 45 minute minimum, but do whatever you can!
