Ok ladies I'm working on the challenge now. I apologize for being late but I had to move my horse to a different stable today and it took most of the day. But I'm working on it and you can expect to start tomorrow. Here is a little tidbit:

Month goal: 10 minutes a day of exercise with a 5 point bonus if it's a morning workout
Week 1 is going to be focusing on water..1 oz = 1 pt with 100 point maximum.

It will be a team challenge but a daily check in is not required although I encourage people to talk and motivate each other!

I don't think I got an e-mail with the challenge... was it only sent to people who noted that they wanted to participate? I wanted to see what the challenge was before I decided to join.

I'm thinking it would start 3/2 and go through 3/29 for a 4 full weeks and I think I will divide us up into teams and each week we will have a different fitness oriented task/goal to complete. That way if people have a bad/off week it doesn't effect the whole month.

I will be emailing details tomorrow or Saturday!

I would be willing to participate. I looked up a challenge kinda like the amazing race, it sound cool and you are paired with a buddy. Your exercise hrs get you points and you are able to reach certain cities. Then there are callenges, which you use the Internet to do. The research.. And so on. It is a virtual challenge. If you want to lead this I can find the link for you?

Hey everyone!

January and February were hard months for various reasons! I am hoping March is alot better and was wondering if anyone wants to do a March challenge. Here were some ideas:

-team challenge
-exercise everyday in March challenge to get motivated again and consistent
-morning exercise challenge to celebrate one more hour of daylight!

Im also looking for other ideas, let me know what you think and if you want to participate!
