Sorry I am out of the challenge. I am way to busy to count points for this challenge and track my exercise in two places. Between nursing and a family and physio and exercise therapy ( and a very active toddler) I am left will very little me time.

Well I really need to post my stat's for this team. I have been so busy with work lately and then ballancing family on top of everything. Just starting to wonder if spark is for me anymore?????? I have been doing good with my food intake and have been loosing weight. I have been working out as well. I will try to post soon. Great job everyone.

Sadly can't track much about my miles on Sunday because of our time difference, I got the info on the challenge much later (I think it was already late afternoon or night on Sunday). Luckily I always keep track on my water intake :D

By the way, about the miles challenge, 10 miles is for total miles this week or need to get 10 miles per day?
