Nov Mini Challenge - Week 3 All-Team Challenge
10s CHALLENGE
Monday 11/16 to Sunday 11/22

This week's challenge is the Tens Challenge! Everything is done in multiples of ten.
10 Crunches, 10 squats, 10 minutes walking - each set of 10 is worth 1 point.
Any 10 strength exercises = 1 point
Any 10 minutes of cardio = 1 point
Any 10 minutes of stretching/yoga = 1 point
Seven crunches and three push-ups do not count as a set.
If you're doing circuit training, you can only count strength or cardio... (So you might break down a 30 minute circuit as 20 sets of 10 strength exercises and 10 minutes of cardio)

10 Crunches, 10 squats, 10 minutes walking - each set of 10 is worth 1 point.
Any 10 strength exercises = 1 point
Any 10 minutes of cardio = 1 point
Any 10 minutes of stretching/yoga = 1 point
Seven crunches and three push-ups do not count as a set.
If you're doing circuit training, you can only count strength or cardio... (So you might break down a 30 minute circuit as 20 sets of 10 strength exercises and 10 minutes of cardio)

10s CHALLENGE
Monday 11/16 to Sunday 11/22

This week's challenge is the Tens Challenge! Everything is done in multiples of ten.
10 Crunches, 10 squats, 10 minutes walking - each set of 10 is worth 1 point.
Any 10 strength exercises = 1 point
Any 10 minutes of cardio = 1 point
Any 10 minutes of stretching/yoga = 1 point
Seven crunches and three push-ups do not count as a set.
If you're doing circuit training, you can only count strength or cardio... (So you might break down a 30 minute circuit as 20 sets of 10 strength exercises and 10 minutes of cardio)

Nov Mini Challenge - Week 3 All-Team Challenge
10s CHALLENGE
Monday 11/16 to Sunday 11/22

This week's challenge is the Tens Challenge! Everything is done in multiples of ten.
10 Crunches, 10 squats, 10 minutes walking - each set of 10 is worth 1 point.
Any 10 strength exercises = 1 point
Any 10 minutes of cardio = 1 point
Any 10 minutes of stretching/yoga = 1 point
Seven crunches and three push-ups do not count as a set.
If you're doing circuit training, you can only count strength or cardio... (So you might break down a 30 minute circuit as 20 sets of 10 strength exercises and 10 minutes of cardio)
