BLC 15 Week 1 All-Team Fitness Challenge
FITNESS MINUTES
Monday 09/13 to Sunday 09/19

This week's challenge is fitness minutes - both cardio and strength training. If you can track it on your Spark People Fitness Tracker, then it counts!

Scoring: total minutes will be added together for each team, and then divided by the number of members you have participating. The teams averages will be ranked for the overall challenge points. Please participate to help your team! Every minute counts!

So let's really rack up the minutes this week and shed those pounds!!!

Bonus Points: Earn 15 points for your team by trying an exercise or fitness activity that you have not done in the past year (or never before)!
(Could be something like Jumping Jacks, Wall Squats, Tennis, Yoga, etc.)

I took the Pledge and posted it (5 points): I promise to make healthy and positive choices so that I can live a healthy lifestyle and reach my goals.

My goal is (15 points): To lose 12 more pounds by November 14th. We leave for Disney on the 15th and I want to be at my lowest weight in 15 years when we go.
