I vaccumed for about half an hour. I walked to the end of our road for the parade, carried back the chairs and the walked over to the park. I spent about half a hour walking there, then walked home. I did a couple strength exercises. Later this evening I fook a little jog around our yard for about 15 minutes with the cats in hot persuit all the way. emoticon

I like the idea of working out without sweating. I really need to learn to swim properly someday!

This morning did Leslie Sansone's Walk Away The Pounds 2 mile walk and I used 3 lb hand weights for the upper body work.
