After reading this article, I checked out the first video & several are out of my league. There is no way to modify some of these, like squats. I'll continue to do my own workouts including strength training, daily walks for cardio, & finding YouTube videos on Qi Gong & tai chi. Perhaps in the future I'll be able to tackle something like this or maybe just never going to be my path. Report

I know that there are exercises I can no longer do, at least not at this stage of my training, but I do what I can. Hopefully that will be enough. Report
