Good information. Thanks for sharing.
Good info. We should find what works for us to help achieve our weight loss goals
I have quite a few health problems and even if I spread 1200 calories out with 3 meals and 2 snacks, my weight doesn't move. It sounds great on paper and I have to admit when I was in my 20's I could do this easily. I wasn't sick at the time either. Now I'm in my 60's and this is just not cutting it for me. For anyone else, just try it and it may well work. Good luck to those that do!
Instead of meals and snacks, I eat 4-6 feedings of approximately equal value.
Not sure if it would work for me but some good ideas.
Nonsense and old info that needs updating!
Good thoughts. Thanks
I HAVE FOUND THAT FOR ME THE BEST WAY TO LOSE WEIGHT IS 3 MEALS A DAY AND NO SNACKS. TO EACH THERE OWN.
I'm in + out of the house all day so snacking is not a problem. It's when I leave for the day that takes some planning. Thanks for the suggestions.
