This article is out of date. Frequent eating can help control blood sugar swings.
Some days I only eat twice. Sometimes when I have physical therapy scheduled, I eat four - breakfast, lunch, dinner & snack.
Years ago doing WW & as a working person I ate 3 meals & 2 or 3 snacks. Now that would be a nuisance.
To me four is the easiest, approx 300- 350 cals at each feeding. I also like having WW zero point soup on hand to stay that low on the calorie range.
I usually grab a snack after my walk
Breakfast, lunch, snack, dinner, snack with night time meds.
I prepare my breakfast every morning.
Usually snack after exercise is only one I need. Fruit is one of my favorites
Might want to add back in a healthy late afternoon snack. Some nights I am eating after dinner and maybe it's just because I'm hungry?
