I have quite a few health problems and even if I spread 1200 calories out with 3 meals and 2 snacks, my weight doesn't move. It sounds great on paper and I have to admit when I was in my 20's I could do this easily. I wasn't sick at the time either. Now I'm in my 60's and this is just not cutting it for me. For anyone else, just try it and it may well work. Good luck to those that do! Report
Instead of meals and snacks, I eat 4-6 feedings of approximately equal value. Report
