why are hackers spamming messages on SparkPeople?
Why are there only just a few of us upset about this?
Over the years I've tried many methods recommended by both my friends and family but none of them seemed to work out for me until I chanced upon this holy grail where I've lost almost 33 pounds in just 1 month trying it out! There is nothing easy about cutting calories, and as you go on, it gets harder.
As with many SP articles age, as in outdated, has left a lot to of info to be tossed...
I've been doing most of these for years. A couple of the substitutions I don't consume either product.
Good need-to-know information!
I was shocked at the list. Most were junk foods. I guess half of junk is better than whole junk.
