The only fast food I do with regularity is Chick-Fil-A and I treat myself to the old stand-by Chick-Fil-A sandwich. Not really so bad as it is not fried. Also, McDonalds for a sausage egg MacMuffin when we are leaving town on vacation. Traditional in the car on the road breakfast. Report

Your idea of healthy and mine are very different. Some of those items contain very high amounts of sodium, some almost 2,000 mg. The RDA for sodium for healthy people is 2,300 mg/day. For those with certain health issues like high blood pressure, it's 1,500 mg/day. Report

This is why I do not use fast food except possibly on road trips. Never, ever use Wendy's chili after hearing staff people talk about how it is made--leftover hamburgers that are set on the counter for 3-8 hours before being chopped and added to the mix. Report
