I agree this article needs updating. New labels indicate calories per serving & the while container. Also added vs natural sugar. I also see they used an example w/ zero fiber & high sodium. We need to stay away from processed "Frankenfood" or severely limit it & cook or prepare your own altho better options are starting to show up in the marketplace as consumers are voting w/ their pocketbooks. For instance, whole grain mac & cheese is a better choice, or at least add some veggies to the meal which is why stirring in peas (& carrots) popular. Report
