I donate a lot of clothes, household items, food, etc Report
thanks for sharing Report
I am currently down just over 100 pounds (total goal 169) and I have been immediately donating clothes as they become too big. I am following a nutrition plan that is a permanent lifestyle change, so I won't need those things again. The clothes are always in excellent condition, and will make someone else happy.

Kohl's is my best friend for finding low cost items for transition wardrobes! I have gone down a few sizes already and don't invest a lot until I finally settle at my maintenance weight. Report
