I need to do some of these. I just can't get going with the strenght training.
I want to affirm KWILEYONE's comment. I have a torn rotator cuff and am worried about the impact of many exercises. I know you can't accommodate every person's individual issues, but perhaps a video compensating for arm/shoulder injuries (with both standing and sitting options)?

I would like to know if you can buy an excersice video of sitting down. It would be better for me if I could put it on my TV. I love these but as I said it would be better on the TV. Please would someone get back to me. Thank You Claudette
The core exercises are great! My abs are burning at the end.
I am still frustrated by the fitness movement's neglect of the impact of arm and shoulder injuries. Each video pictured on this page shows extensive use of arms and shoulders.
I have limited mobility because of knee problems and arthritis. I love these videos which I have been using since I started with Spark People, but really wish more would be added to the repertoire. There is only on cardio video and I am bored to death with it. Most of the time I don't do cardio because I just don't want to do the same thing again and again. Please make some more videos -- especially cardio!
I have been trying to do the 12-minute core exercises and I cannot get the exercise tape to continue to run. It keeps stopping in the middle of the tape. I have finished trying for today but would appreciate an email telling me what I am doing wrong. Thanks - Kathy Thomas
I did some of the chair Spark vid exercises today. I was able have one eye on them and watch TV at the same time. Works for me!
There's a TV show called "Sit and Be Fit". See if your local PBS station shows it. Here in Houston it's on Channel 8 at 5:30 am. Thank goodness for a DVR :-)
I would also like more choices. For several months, I have been dealing with several issues with my arm, shoulder and neck. So many exercises involve these body parts.
While I am glad there are a few seated workout videos, I wish there were a few more to choose from. I have an injury and may be doing these for a little bit. It would be nice if there were a few more choices in the mix.
I just started the first week yesterday and I thought it will take me forever to get motivated and start. But the site is so well built that everything is on the main page so before you knew it I was doing the 12 minute sit-down exercise. Very cool! I don't have an excuse now to delay any longer. Thank you coach Michelle.!
