I just started the first week yesterday and I thought it will take me forever to get motivated and start. But the site is so well built that everything is on the main page so before you knew it I was doing the 12 minute sit-down exercise. Very cool! I don't have an excuse now to delay any longer. is it possible to buy some of these seated workout tapes. i can watch them on my pc but i cant do the exercises in my desk chair. my room is so small i need to play these tapes on the tv to be able to do them.
I LOVE these videos! If you're injured in a wheelchair for any amount of time they're great for getting you moving, or if you're just THAT tired or hurtin' from the day you can still get in some calorie-burning!
These videos were SUCH a wonderful idea and I wish there were more of them!

for those that are stating that they want more exercises for limited mobility and seated workouts, I have found that if you go on YOU TUBE there are workouts there for everyone. It is a good medium to use. I have found workouts for walking in the home as well as other things. Seated workouts are good too for me since I sit at a desk all day. I have to make them up though as the day goes on because my company gives little access to videos :( but I am starting some movement now so I will talk to you all later.. I love these since I have limited mobility because of knee issues -- I would wish that more seated cardio videos would be made available since there is only one. It would be nice to have more options to vary the routine.
I too would prefer DVDs to computer. But these exercises have got me moving. Thanks.

I love these! Thank you so much! I have plantars fasciitis so doing a standing workout is not always possible for me - these exercises allow me to make sure I do SOMETHING every day. My Mom has started doing with me since she also has mobility issues.

Thank you! I am limited with what I can do as far as exercise due to problems with my hip because of cancer, and fatigue from chemo. These workouts are great! I would buy them on DVD too. It would be much easier for me to workout in front of the TV; I don't have enough room where my computer is to do the workouts while watching my computer screen.
I wish SparkPeople would sell DVDs with seated exercises. I would definitely buy them.
