Had to reread this today.
I had a scale that was supposed to also track body fat, bone mass, and water. I was amazed!! Until I noticed that the same weight would have the same corresponding numbers to body fat and all. It was a simple chip in the scale to estimate, based on what exactly I’m not sure, but yes... I didn’t like what that scale told me so I sent it back!
My weight definitely shifts around throughout my menstrual cycle. :(
The scale can be damaging if it used for the wrong way. I use the scale but have a planned day, and time that I weigh and do not weigh any other time.
Scales always lie. Take what they say with a grain of salt.
Thanks for sharing.
They forgot to to say after a bout of diarrhea or any time you have been sick.
I use the scale at work once a week.
I have tried to have one at home and it is not good for me.
I think my scale lies to me all the time!!!
Scale weight evens out over time. No one weight means much.
