Martha: I just completed my first month on WW Purple, and have EFFORTLESSLY lost 7 pounds following your tips and recipes and logging on the WW app. I had surgery the day before I started and knew since I would be having 3 non-physical months, I had to do something to keep from packing on the pounds.
