Thanks for reminding us to reward ourselves. I would like to share my favorite reward. Feeling amazing!

I find my best reward is how alive and vibrant I feel. Even 5-10 lbs lost while gaining muscle mass through exercise (mixed cardio and strength), and the right balance of protein, fiber, nutrients leaves me feeling younger and wonderful.

For example, While walking and doing an upper body workout simultaneously I stopped to stretch and do some bent rows. I touched my knuckles to the ground without even trying. That was a huge reward. Report
