thanks for ideas. right now not doing much with rewards as losing and that is it's own reward to me Report
Sorry, but to me, those just don't seem like rewards. I do have milestone markers I reward myself for reaching and I do have rewards, but I can't fool myself into saying everyday things I do anyway are now rewards, because I've done something. I never needed to justify those actions before. It has to be something new and different and extra. Report
