It would have been more useful to show DIFFERENT vegetables each time, e.g. squash, eggplant, brussels sprouts, green beans, etc. rather than basically the same ones in each picture. Report

mid morning i do what i call a "green smoothie," but sometimes it's a peachy or pink or even tan in color--depending on the fruit i add to it... this is the base: spinach leaves, cucumber, green apple, plain greek yogurt, coconut water, almond milk and collagen protein powder... then i add any fruit i have on hand--typically fruit that is starting to over-ripen because i do not want to waste it... i might add strawberries, raspberries, or pineapple, or peaches and plums, tangerines, even watermelon--really, just whatever i happen to have... then i add in either a nut butter like almond butter or pistachio butter or a handful of pinenuts or almonds... then i top it off with a couple of slices of serrano chili pepper or a couple of dashes of cayenne pepper and ice... i keep a personal-sized blender in my office at work, and i have one at home... tada! it's a tasty mid-morning meal... with this drink and my lunch and dinner, i easily take in a minimum of 7 servings of freggies a day... buen provecho!
