This hit home for me. I had kids, many kids back to back. A husband who worked FT and went to school FT, then has had a crazy busy job. I couldn't just leave and I always felt like I had a long list and that I was last. My fault ultimately but it is easier to hit snooze or just rest when you are exhausted and behind. Report

With working a full & part time job I'm having to push myself to get workouts in. But I am mindful of what I put on a plate throughout the day..... Report
