Great article, even for us non-runners! I prefer walking. However posture is so important. I just turned 61, and had been having pain in my hip for just the past few weeks. I realized my posture while sitting, especially at my computer, many times consisted of slouching and/or crossing my legs, and have been consciously practicing good posture by sitting up straight with both feet on the floor. When I practice this, all hip pain goes away! Report
