Forty years ago, I enrolled in a Tae Kwon Do class for self-defense. I loved the modest clothes and bare feet part of it. At first, I'd come home so tired I'd go to be without dinner. My weight loss was amazing.. As I adapted, I started eating a light dinner. Working out with younger guys was actually pleasing. Sometimes I was paired with someone the same height, sometimes with some at the same skill level. My wedding ring was forbidden. Consequently, one guy around my age starting acting like he had a right to my time outside of class too. When he did not stop after I said NO. I quit the class. Now I realize that I could have gone to an instructor or any of my friends for help. Report
