What Your Resting Heart Rate Can Tell You About Your Health

Leave a Comment Return to Article
Working out 2 hours every day I finally got my resting heart rate (RHR) to stay consistently at 58, very pleased with my number, so is my doctor. Report
You DO NOT want to go higher than 80% of your maximum heart rate. People who go closer to their maximum can have a heart attack. I tried to explain it to the nurse and my mother had a heart attack when the nurse didn't take care of her excessive heart rate for her age. The older you get the less your heart has to beat per minute to be safe...your range lessons. Report
