Trying to learn to love veggies.
I don't know what I call myself as I just don't eat beef or pork, just fish or fowl for meat. I'm so much healthier and lighter as well as no Vitamin D milk, no salt nor sugar, while thinking about it. My parents taught me well as e would eat green vegetables with every meal and I'm so thankful to them for a healthy lifestyle, SparkFriends. Oh, yeah
Love my veggies. Like meat and cheese too.
maybe if I had someone to cook for me but I do like my meat so for me maybe a couple of days a week without meat
Thank you. I've been missing out on a lot if Vitamin D, so Thanks.
good info. thanks.
Very interesting article that touches the surface of veganism and vegetarianism - and how to get the nutrients that you need. Nutrition is so complex!
