I needed this today
I have been doing this for a while with Turbo Jam workouts and Taebo which I believe are HIIT training workouts or ones from Cathe. They are effective and have modifiers in too that you can follow.
Have been doing HITT for about 3 weeks, I believe its much more effective than steady one pace efforts.
Interesting, but I cannot do this.
