I occasionally wish that they would run an article for those transitioning from running in their youth to jogging/walking as they get into their 60s (like me!).
Fortunately, I have not stopped exercising and I do cardio 3x a week and gym work on the other 3 days. I also walk quite a bit.
However, I am cautious about running for fear of injury (takes me forever to heal) and I frankly do not have the same amount of energy as before. Report
