Another article that needs to be updated (from 2007). Sugar is the number one enemy causing inflammation in joints, and the major cause of chronic disease. Eliminating sugar and highly processed foods = no more shoulder or joint pain for me! Whole foods, 18/6 fasting/eating = best ever for me! Report
