Quesadilla anytime for me. Different cheese combos, or bean & cheese burrito. I also like turkey & bean burritos. Mini bagel w/ hummus, or lox, or smoked kippers. Omelet of any kind - shrooms, sauteed zucchini, bell peppers, spinach, onion, shredded carrots & salsa. Report

1/2 cup cottage cheese, 1/3 cup bran buds and fresh fruit (small banana or blueberries are favourites). Filling, nutritious, and the protein keeps me going until lunch. Sometimes if my fibre for the day is low, I'll have this before going to bed. Report
Egg whites with any pieces of mushrooms or veggies left in a bag from other recipes. Yum! Report
