All I saw in this video is that everyone had quite possibly lifelong athletes, not striving for fitness. Not very helpful.

This is way over the top ... do not like. I can motivate myself without chiding myself or making it seem like I'm the enemy.

I love morning exercise but I ease into my day, so this is my not thing, my AM exercise is more therapeutic and calming than most of this. I tend to work out issues and deep think in the early AM rather than excite, more of a late afternoon, early evening activity for me. Everybody is different.

Me? I'm hitting the Snooze!!! ... Had some GREAT Dreams this am, just after hitting the Snooze!!! Since I'm no athlete & I'm older, I've no desire to be an early rising daredevil!!! Bravo to all the athletes out there, just not my thing.

LOL before the video was a commercial called "Sad Butt". Loved this commercial. I rarely watch beyond a couple of seconds, but this one was very effective.
