It was so cute! I loved when he put his little hands by his face.... So cute!

When hungry enough, that hammy will eat all of it, including me.

Not to mention in my opinion the only "real" organic strawberries are WILD ones!!

I too would like to have seen the organic on randomly alternate sides. Cute anyway. Reminds me of one we had whose nose would wake him from a sound sleep to jump up and run for popcorn.

There's nothing organic about a strawberry. What we think of as a strawberry is a cross of 2 different plants.

This tells me that organic is rat food.

I think he's first come first eaten!

it was very gratifying to see I wasn't the only skeptical one. How do I know that they did not even "doctor" the surface so the beast kept going to the SAME side? It would have been MORE convincing had they alternated sides - then it would have shown a clearer indication of preference in my opinion (as opposed to it just going to the SAME side ad naseum). - plus am I really supposed to take the opinion of a creature that spends upwards of 90 percent of its time going in circles and going NO WHERE?

If a hamster is eating it, it MUST be better! Seriously, this is one hamster, and from the video, he wasn't real particular, nor were the humans who filmed this "experiment." He wasn't always in the same place when he started. Frankly, if I was a hamster, I'd for the one closest to me. Also, who is to say poor hammy here didn't hurt a paw, which would explain him going to the same side. This is not a valid experiment. It's cute, but not valid in any way, shape, or form.

A few years back, I bought my grandmother a bunch of organic strawberries. She smelled them and exclaimed, "They smell like REAL strawberries, like when I was little!" After that, she was hooked to all things organic.

Hamsters have REALLY bad eyesight. Whichever direction the smell comes from first is the way they go.

I'm all about going with organic if you can afford it... but he's just going for things closest to him... If he thinks he can reach the conventional food fastest, he goes for it.

It seems that Hammy also prefers foods on his left, but I'm always a skeptic!
