Over the past couple years I have been under a great deal of stress . The 30 days of fun fitness ideas by Nicole are in keeping with my thinking . Some of the activities I now do would seem crazy to many but, since having a run in with cancer I focus on having fun . I have gone from riding a multispeed bike to a 1970's single speed coaster brake type . I find it more relaxing and enjoyable with no shifting or hand brakes . When I was a kid I always wanted a spring rocking horse Recently I purchased one, reinforced the frame ,put on heavier springs and I ride it for about 20 minutes every morning . Its amazing how much of a workout you get from riding it. And it is great fun and a good stress reliever. Report

Sports may not be just for pros, but exercise is apparently for the already trim and fit, to judge by the pictures on this calendar. Report
Why isn't hula hooping on this list? Hula hooping is fun and burns/tones and all that fun stuff! Just make sure you don't use those silly toy hoops Report
I figured out a way to get this without going through the ad site. When you click on the link, the whole address displays in the address bar, which is the ad.doubleclick.ne
t portion, followed by a sparkpeople portion. If you delete the first part, to leave ONLY the sparkpeople address, it should work. If not, here's the actual sparkpeople address:

If you move your mouse over the link that says "Click here" to get the calendar, you'll see at the bottom of the screen, that the link's address actually starts with "http://ad.double
click.net". I believe this is the problem. Report

This is a great idea. It's good to keep workouts diverse, not just for your body but also to keep boredom from setting in. Report
I can't download it, either. I think it's because I'm running SpyGuard, which blocks advertisement. This program has really helped in keeping malware off my computer, so I'm not stopping it just to get this calendar. The link actually shows at the bottom of the screen as pointing to some other site, rather than a Spark site! Report
I love the calendar! My daughter and I prefer Letterboxing to Geocaching (#14) since we can do that without a GPS and we prefer to collect the ink stamps. Check out www.letterboxing.
