We hear all the time that it's important to eat five servings of fruits and veggies per day in order to meet our daily nutrient needs, but that concept might seem a little abstract when you try to think about how much food that actually looks like. Five servings might seem like a lot of roughage to handle, but when you lay it all out, it's really not all that much; realistically, you can probably cover most of those servings with a large salad at lunchtime!
