I looked at the video but it didn't show me how to add new foods. How is this done?
I click on the video and nothing happens.....no video
Can someone please help me? I often use Jamie Oliver or Gordon Ramsay receipes or other receipes from my cooking books. How can I track a serving without having to share them on Sparkpeople (given that they're not my receipes)?

I'm trying to adjust my carb range on the tracker and I can't seem to do it. Does anyone have the answer to this problem.
If you scroll down to the bottom of the nutrition tracker, on the lower right hand side, it gives you an option to change your nutrition goals.
You can change also the preset nutrients go to the my nutrition on the bottom of the page in the weekly progress table you'll find the option ad more nutrients. Here you are also able to change the presets. Hope this is helpful for you.
I love SparkPeople and have been using it for years but I find it EXTREMELY UNHELPFUL that you cannot adjust your own carb/protein/fat ranges. People are NOT cookie-cutter and not everyone will lose with the ranges you guys have determined (which my nutritionist took one look at and freaked....wayyyy too much sugar for anyone with PCOS or diabetes). I think it would be great to have the sparkpeople ranges as a "normal" option, but allow us to change this on our own.
When I've been adding to favorites a lot of the time I get "doubles" where is puts it in favorites twice. I've removed them but some don't remove. Anyone else have this problem?
Really appreciate the variety of foods on tracker as it makes it so easy to choose what eaten for day.

ADDIESMOM13 I want to adjust the values for Carbs, Fats and Proteins, too! I showed my tracker to my physician that specializes in weight loss and he made the comment that I shouldn't be eating that much carbs for weight loss, but that it would be okay for maintenance or really heavy workouts. I thought for sure I could adjust that. I have a non-functioning thyroid, so I need lower calories/carbs to even attempt losing weight. As of now, I'm just using the menus as a guide or suggestion to keep the ideas for meals fresh and cutting back on the carbs myself.
we can't adjust fat, protein and carbs anymore? When did that happen. Very disappointed.
how does the scale work on the right hand side about your fruits and vegetables, and water in take ect...
