  • This is way too difficult for someone who has both knees replaced and can't get up if I'm on the ground. I watched and just felt bad that I couldn't even begin to do it.   • I have wonky knees, and this is a little too strenuous, but I go through it just to be able to laugh at myself. I look more whale than ballerina, even "turning my head gracefully,"rofl.
    Look, folks, we have the ability to MODIFY or just avoid any exercise that doesn't work for our bodies. Coach Nicole says," if it hurts, STOP." I definitely need to do that on this one.
    Like Leslie Sansone says, "The goal is to keep moving,"
    The reason I'm doing this challenge is to VARY my workouts and keep from getting bored. With this one I got some laughs, too.

    All I have to say is COME ON!!!!!! This work-out is great if you are a ballerina or some kind of dancer. PULEEEZE! And this work out would be fine...nice and challenging...HOW
    EVER, this instructor gives no notion as to how to modify these moves. Why is Spark People using it???? COME ON!!!! GET REAL! I know it is part of Acacia TV but, SP has no choice in the videos they use? Again I say, show me modifications or don't show me at all. I do not mean this post to be abusive and I don't think it is.
